Naturally Christmas Show Review
It was so nice to have the Naturally Crafty group reunite for our first Christmas show at the beginning of November. We had a few new faces this time around - a cookie lady with mini cookie samples(!) & a Osbourne Books rep hosting a story hour after 1pm. We also had returning vendors Little Bare Furniture with reclaimed, handmade wooden toys, Knittedhome (me!) & Alex, our hostess, with her hand-painted signs.
Alex also did a beautiful job decorating her home in the cutest Christmas style that I wish I could copy - her home always looks like Pinterest to me. :)
We had a wonderful turn out of guests shopping our wares and this time we started an email sign up sheet for all those interested in our next May show. You are welcome to click on the link & sign up for a one-time notification as well.
Sales were average for Knittedhome, but I did finish the afternoon with a decent handful of custom orders that I couldn't wait to start that evening. Custom orders have definitely become a nice way to end a great show and continue the fun over the weekend. The Monday after is always fun, getting everyone's orders packaged up pretty and taken to the post office where my little assistant loves catching all the shipping labels from the printer and helping me stick them to each package. I think her favorite part is dropping each envelop into the bin and sending it off.
