Shipping Information
All shipments are made within 1-3 days of cleared payment, unless otherwise noted. During the holiday season, I’ll announce turnaround time at the top of the homepage.
I use USPS First Class shipping unless otherwise requested. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your item(s) upon shipment. Most packages take 2-3 business days to arrive to their destination in the Continental United States.
**I can not guarantee delivery time frames as they are estimates put forth by the US Post Office.** I can only guarantee my turnaround time. If a package is late or lost (defined as 30 days by USPS), please notify me as well as the post office in order to file a claim for a lost package. I have no control over its delivery once it is in the hands of the USPS. During the winter holiday season, packages are notorious for being delayed by a week or more, please order early or upgrade your shipping preferences accordingly.
Should you wish to cancel an order en-route, Postal Interception fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
I do ship internationally! However, I do not know the current estimated shipping timeframe from the US.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
I want everyone to love + be proud of their items. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with my craftsmanship or the item isn't what you expected, please contact me within a week (7 days) of receiving your item(s) so we can come to a timely and agreeable solution.
Custom items will be handled on a case by case basis per their unique status.
**Buyer is responsible for purchasing return shipping and I am happy to waive exchange shipping for the replacement item.
