Smaller items are ready to ship unless otherwise noted in their description. I ship orders on Mondays + Thursdays, unless I have noted a delay in shipping at the top of my website. Most packages take 2-3 business days to arrive if you are in the Continental United States. Canadian customers may have to wait 1-2 extra days. For international customers, I do not know the current shipping times.
Larger items are made to order so they may take up to 2 -3 weeks to arrive, due to the construction process. Once I have your item(s) made, they will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day (Monday or Thursday, which ever is first).
Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email shipping notice from me with your tracking number(s).
**I can not guarantee delivery time frames as they are estimates put forth by the US Post Office.** I can only guarantee my turnaround time. If a package is late or lost (defined as 30 days by USPS), please notify me as well as the post office in order to file a claim for a lost package. I have no control over its delivery once it is in the hands of the USPS. During the winter holiday season, packages are notorious for being delayed by a week or more, please order early or upgrade your shipping preferences accordingly.
Should you wish to cancel an order en-route, Postal Interception fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

All cotton items can be machine washed on hot, but their color will fade faster. To preserve the color, I recommend cold water if stains or disinfecting is not a concern. Machine dry or line dry to preserve color. Items may need a little reshaping or stretching out of the dryer.
-
All wool/acrylic blend items should be washed on cold, delicate cycle and lay flat to dry. Too much agitation or heat can cause felting which will shrink your item(s).
-
Baby yarns are typically acrylic or acrylic blend to make washing super easy. Simply toss your soiled items into the washer, set on cold and delicate cycle. Then lay flat or hang dry. Baby items can be washed on warm or hot in the event they need to be disinfected but this routine isn't recommended for regular use.

All custom orders start with an inquiry from you either via this Contact form or through Etsy. If there is a specific item you are looking at for reference (color, sizing, style, etc) please include a link to it in your Message so we are both on the same page.
Once we have settled on a design, color, style & price, I will email you an invoice or a link to a custom listing for you to purchase. After your payment has cleared for the entire amount of the item(s), I will get to work creating your custom order. Most custom orders are completed within 7 days or less, depending on the quantity of the order and the amount of orders before you.
I will happily send progress photos upon request. They may also make it into the blog or on Instagram.
After your item(s) are complete, they will be mailed out on the next scheduled shipping day (Monday or Thursday, which ever is first) and you will receive an email shipping notice from me with your tracking number(s).
