Read MoreGoals for 2018
Ah, who doesn't love a good New Year's Resolutions post? Even though I've been a little quiet on the blogging front -- because production has increased 150%! woot! -- I still love dreaming, reaching, and outlining my goals for each year.
My favorite tactic is to reflect on the previous year: what worked stellar? What needs improved? What would be a wild accomplishment? What gives back to my family and betters our lifestyle (more together time)? How am I going to accomplish each one?
Most are business related goals, because I'm a work-a-holic by nature, but I'm also listing a few personal ones to remind me everything has a season: a season to create, a season to be a mom, etc. I'm also including how to accomplish each goal realistically.

Foot traffic seemed a bit slow, but it was definitely steady all day.

We had a few new faces this time around - a cookie lady with mini cookie samples(!) & a Osbourne Books rep hosting a story hour after 1pm. We also had returning vendors Little Bare Furniture with reclaimed, handmade wooden toys, Knittedhome (me!) & Alex, our hostess, with her hand-painted signs.

Since I won't be doing the Art Walk tomorrow, I thought I'd share a brief review of my latest Show - the Fall Into Style shopping event. It is a fundraiser for the Young Alumni Scholarship at my high school and I've been on the planning committee for four(?) years now, but this was the first year I took the leap to buy a table.

With pregnancy nausea kicking into high gear after the Independents' Day Fair, all my other Show Reviews were hardly a few sentences each. Fast forward to November when I finally felt like I was emerging from my first trimester illness, I started to flesh out my Show Reviews before they were lost to pregnancy brain.
Now, a few months later, they are finally ready to see the light of day with a few quickly-snapped photos and a growing excitement for the new year's line up of show possibilities.
